LALYN JIMENEZ - MEDICAL SECRETARY

Lalyn has worked with Dr Jake Lim for over two and a half years. She originally worked in the finance industry but has since joined the team due her pursued interest in the plastic and cosmetic field. She enjoys working with her fellow colleagues and refers to them as her second family. Lalyn is a knowledgeable and compassionate professional, whom is your first point of contact and is available to address any patient needs.

Lalyn also has a busy lifestyle at home raising a family of three boys aged 5 years, 4 years and 2 years with her very supportive husband.

CATHERINE UMALI - PLASTIC & COSMETIC NURSE CONSULTANT

Catherine is a registered nurse, who has had experience in numerous levels of nursing. She previously was an anaesthetic scrub and scout nurse in operating theatres, where she discovered her appeal to the plastics and cosmetic field of surgery. Whilst only recently joining the team, her experience has aided her capability to effectively guide and support patients throughout the entire pre and post operative period.

Her conscientious, positive and cheerful outlook is reflected in her practice, and she enjoys being part of such a supportive working team. Her proudest moment is having her daughter Alexis.

CHANTELLE COLLINS - OFFICE MANAGER

Chantelle has been employed by Dr Jake Lim for seven years. She has completed various studies in business and account management, as well as make-up design, in which she has also successfully established her own artistic beauty business. Chantelle’s thorough experience ensures that the practice runs smoothly and all procedures are followed accordingly, and is open to any patient enquiries.

She is a reliable, organized and an enthusiastic individual, who states that being married, having Zachary and attaining a house at such a young age, are her major achievements in life.

SUZANNE NICHOLS - PRACTICE MANAGER

Suzanne has been working with Dr Jake Lim since the practiced was established. She was born in a small country town and moved to Sydney in 1989. Suzanne is a registered nurse who holds extensive experience in various nursing levels, and particularly worked for several years at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital where she attained valuable experience in the plastic surgery unit.

She possesses a warm, approachable and a down to earth nature, and successfully manages and coordinates all facets of the practice, whilst ensuring patients receive the highest quality of care possible. Suzanne is also a busy mother to two children aged 18 months and 3 years of age.

JOANNE RYAN - SKIN TECHNICIAN

Joanne is qualified and highly experienced beauty therapist. Over the past five years she has specialised in being a skin technician for Rationale skin care, in which she holds extensive knowledge of the Rationale product line. Coupled with her passion for skin care and vibrant personality, Joanne effectively provides expert advice and service to patients regarding all areas of skin care, and strives to fulfil the patient's desired outcomes for their skin.

Joanne balances her working life with taking care of her only son Jack.

ROBYN KINGSTON - ACTING OFFICE MANAGER

Robyn recently joined team in 2010, and is currently enjoying her experience in the plastic and cosmetic field, as she previously had worked within a large imaging department in a hospital. Robyn is one of the first people patients will encounter either via telephone or in person at Dr Jake Lim, and ensures that all initial enquiries are answered correctly and promptly.

Robyn possesses excellent customer service skills and holds an extensive administrative background. Robyn takes pride in raising her two beautiful children.

MELISSA DANIELS - COSMETIC TATTOOIST

Melissa has been a qualified and competent Cosmetic Tattooist for 12 years and a Para-Medical Aesthetician for OVER 20 years. She did 2 years training via correspondence from America, trained on PIG SKIN for 2 years prior to touching a human and then completed advanced training from Val-Glover Hovan, pioneer of Cosmetic Tattooing in Australia.
